Say “Thank You”

something i think we could all do a little more of. whether to a loved one, friend or stranger, when someone does something for you, the simple act of saying “thank you” can mean a lot. studies have shown, people have a physiological response and feel better upon hearing those words and practical experience shows that people are also more likely to help you out next time if they feel like they were appreciated the first time around. heck, i even say thank you to my dog sometimes! she smiles her big goofy grin and i know she likes the praise and attention. works the same for humans 😉
